What is the return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn items in original packaging. For used items, we offer a 50% refund or 70% exchange value toward another piece. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — customised, engraved, resized, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Items damaged or altered by an external jeweller are also non-eligible. These will always be clearly communicated before your purchase is confirmed.
When will I get my order?
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Made-to-order and custom pieces may take up to 15 working days to craft before dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully manufacture our products to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan. No minimum order required — what you see is what you pay.
