Monis Anas Jewellers – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Monis Anas Jewellers, your satisfaction comes first. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read the policy below before requesting a refund or exchange.

🕒 Refund & Exchange (Unworn Items)

If you’re not completely happy with your jewelry, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all labels, stickers, and certificates intact.

  • This policy applies to orders within Pakistan only. International customers should contact our support team.

  • Customized or engraved items cannot be refunded, but may be eligible for exchange or store credit (evaluated case by case).

📦 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at monisanasjewellers@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (+92 333 251 5491) with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, ship the item securely to the address we provide.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💰 Refund Timeline

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days.

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 15 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

💎 Refund & Exchange for Used Jewelry

If you’ve worn the jewelry but still want to return or exchange it:

  • Refund: 50% of the original sale price

  • Exchange: 70% of the original sale price (toward another item)

Items must be in good, wearable condition, and authenticity will be verified by our team.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-order jewelry

  • Items damaged or altered by an external jeweller

  • Missing packaging, tags, or certificates may affect eligibility
