7-Day Refund & Exchange Guarantee

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and certificates must be included.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

This policy currently applies to orders delivered within Pakistan.

For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Custom & Personalised Jewelry

Because custom-made jewelry is created specifically for you, the following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Engraved jewelry

  • Personalised jewelry

  • Custom-made designs

  • Resized jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

However, exchange requests or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for valuable items.

Monis Anas Jewellers is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund or exchange.

  • Refund processing: Up to 7 working days

  • Bank or payment provider processing: Up to 15 working days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange & Buyback for Used Jewelry

We understand that tastes can change over time. Therefore, certain previously worn jewelry may qualify for our exchange and buyback program.

Refund Value

Eligible used jewelry may be returned for 50% of the original purchase price.

Exchange Value

Eligible used jewelry may be exchanged for 70% of the original purchase price toward another item from our collection.

Conditions

  • Jewelry must be genuine Monis Anas Jewellers merchandise.

  • The item must be in good wearable condition.

  • Authenticity and condition must be verified by our team before approval.

  • Final valuation remains at the sole discretion of Monis Anas Jewellers.

Non-Eligible Items

Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Resized jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Items altered or repaired by a third party

  • Products showing excessive wear, damage, or misuse

  • Returns missing original packaging, certificates, or authenticity documentation

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographs of:

  • The product received

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

Our team will arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
