All repair, restoration, and maintenance services are carried out in our dedicated workshop by experienced craftsmen specializing in fine gold and sterling silver jewellery.

Whether it's a cherished heirloom or an everyday favourite, your jewellery will receive the utmost care and attention throughout the repair process.


Our Repair Services

We offer a range of professional repair and restoration services for eligible jewellery, including:

  • Rhodium plating and protective lacquer re-plating

  • 24K Gold Micron Plating (available upon request)

  • Soldering and structural repairs

  • Ring resizing

  • Bangle resizing and adjustments

  • Stone tightening and security checks

  • Stone replacement and re-setting

  • Professional cleaning and polishing

  • General restoration and maintenance services

Every repair is completed with the same level of craftsmanship and precision that goes into creating our jewellery.


Service Guidelines

To ensure quality, authenticity, and the best possible results:

  • Repair services are available exclusively for jewellery originally purchased from Monis Anas Jewellers.

  • Standard repair turnaround time is 10–15 working days, depending on the nature of the repair.

  • Each jewellery item includes one complimentary repair service covering manufacturing-related issues.

  • Any additional repairs, maintenance, or restoration work may incur a service charge.

  • Applicable charges reflect actual workshop costs only; we do not add profit margins to repair services.

  • While we make every effort to restore each piece to its original condition, the final result may vary depending on wear, age, and the nature of the damage.


Complimentary Repair Coverage

Our complimentary repair service does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Excessive wear and tear

  • Lost stones resulting from impact or external damage

  • Repairs performed by third-party jewellers

  • Alterations requested by the customer

In such cases, repair services may still be available at a reasonable workshop cost.


How to Request a Repair

To arrange a repair or maintenance service:

  1. Visit our showroom or authorized collection point with your jewellery item.

  2. Our team will inspect the piece and assess the required work.

  3. You will be informed of the estimated repair timeline and any applicable charges before work begins.

  4. Once completed, you will be notified when your jewellery is ready for collection or shipment.
