What We Repair

Our workshop offers complete restoration services for both silver and gold items, including:

  • Professional rhodium and lacquer re-plating

  • 24K gold micron plating on request

  • Soldering and structural repairs

  • Ring and bangle resizing

  • Stone tightening, replacement, and re-setting

  • General cleaning and polish to restore shine

Service Guidelines

To maintain quality and authenticity:

  • Only jewellery originally purchased from Monis Anas Jewelry is eligible for repair.

  • Standard repair time is 10–15 working days, depending on the work required.

  • We offer one complimentary repair on each product. Any additional repairs will be charged.

  • Charges, when applicable, cover actual workshop costs only — we do not add any markup.

  • Our team will always make a genuine effort to return your piece as close to its original condition as possible.

How to Avail the Service

To request a repair:

You can return or drop off the item at any Monis Anas Jewelry outlet or authorized pickup point.
Our team will inspect the item and guide you through the repair process, timeline, and any applicable charges.
