Order Processing

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders for in-stock jewelry are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry

Many of our pieces are handcrafted to ensure exceptional quality.

  • Custom jewelry: 5–10 business days

  • Bridal sets and special commissions: 7–15 business days

Processing times may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit times.


Shipping Within Pakistan

We proudly deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including Leopards Courier, TCS, M&P, and Trax.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We take great care in packaging every order securely.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

Lost Packages

If a package is reported lost during transit, we will work directly with the courier company to investigate the matter. Any replacement or refund will be issued based on the courier's findings and claim resolution.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
